i bougt latex contours pillow 12cm/14cm, i didnt like it, it caused me suffer neck and shoulder pain every morning

I just bought a latex pillow and I love it! It contours to my head no matter where I put my head, and it is bouncy and supportive so i’m comfortable.
I have been using a Tempur Original pillow and absolutely love it. When the aircon is on, it does harden though to be frank, i’m not bothered by it the least.
I have a King Koil MicroGel Down-Alternative and am wondering where does Down-Alternatives fit in?
Looking to try out a natural latex pillow next.
