We have a top of the line Select Comfort King (split) bed – and though expensive – it’s GREAT for us who can’t sleep, etc. We even have the “adjustable frame”. But there came a time when I needed extra support, but COMFORTABLE, support – so here comes CLOUD 9 at 4.2. Just perfect – you can put it under the mattress w/tubes (though I don’t recommend it because you can bet Select Comfort won’t) so it’s probably a no-no! Too bad – it’s great. The sales person at a store talked us out of the one-up, which had alot more padding – wish I’d listened to my instincts. BUT, I also bought this for a friend w/RA and she said she slept ALL THE NIGHT THROUGH for the FIRST TIME IN YEARS! HATS OFF TO CLOUD 9 – YOU MAKE SLEEPING AN “EXPERIENCE”!
