i think that they are essentially all the same.
probably different covering, but how often do you look at that.

in truth, a water bed is more comfortable. :-)
but 50x harder to make. :-)

    costco has ‘em sometimes.
keep watching until you see the size you want.
this alone is worth the cost of membership.
even if you don’t like ‘em, although if you shop at walmart, you probably don’t care.

Check the density on each foam mattress. Higher quality has higher density.

    Low density just won’t last.

We had a fifteen year mattress that was getting very un-comfortable. Instead of replacing we purchased a 3″ Temp Soma memory foam” topper for $140 at Sams Club.

It was the best investment we ever made, the bed is extremely comfortable. Anyways, if you don’t want to spend alot of money try it as an alternative to an entire mattress. If you really like it then you could buy the mattress latter and move the topper to the guest room.

PS. I would urge you to buy a good brand…Most the time cheap = expensive later.

I do not think they are all the same, for a decent memory foam mattress you have to spend some money, but hey we spend a lot of time sleeping and back care I feel is high on the list, I do, however, have Scoliosis so for me to combat pain on a daily basis I need to get a good night’s sleep.

I bought an adjustable bed with a memory foam which also has a recess cut out of the mattress for spine and neck alignment, my memory foam mattress is also fire proof (a first), to compliment my bed I also bought the optional extra of massage and after a hard days work this really helps.

The company I bought my bed from have a shop in London where you can try their product and they have also started selling in the USA. I would give them a try, might as well you have looked at everything else ;)

They have a good page explaining Polurethane Mattresses which may interest you

Good luck with your search and I hope you find the product that best suits you, as I did.
